Hydrate Before Caffeine

After 7-8 hours of sleep, your body is naturally dehydrated. Before reaching for that cup of coffee, drink at least 16 ounces of water. This kickstarts your metabolism and helps flush out toxins that accumulated overnight.

Move Your Body

You don't need an intense workout—even 10 minutes of stretching or a short walk can increase blood flow and boost your energy levels for the entire day. Morning movement has also been shown to improve focus and cognitive function.
